March Multiplication Madness with the Maniac Mathies

We all have seen a quiz like this. It is so often what our kids see when they are tested on multiplication tables. Students are told they will only have a certain amount of minutes to complete however many random multiplication problems that is on a paper. Students stress out and dread these quizzes. They are not super easy for teachers to grade because there are so many problems on one page. So what can we do to test our students multiplication skills while making sure that the activity is fun for the student (and easy to grade for the teacher)?
